purchase or rent standard and some custom buildings, products and services
through cooperative purchasing.
At Smart Modular, our sales team will work beside your from your initial contact, through
the point of handing you the keys to your completed building, throughout the warranty
period and as long as you own or rent the modular building you acquired from us and
even beyond if you should decide to sell your building or move it to a new location once
the current use requirement is completed.
Helping you design and choose the right building type is one of our specialties. Our
sales team has many years of experience in design, manufacturing, sale and leasing
and can help you select the best building type for your situation. Customers come with
different requirements. Depending upon the situation, the best choice may lean toward
economy, longevity or a combination of both. If we can’t offer you your best choice we
will, as we have many times, recommend a supplier who can provide that for you.
